Minimum stay = one week. Single days will be calculated with 1/7 of the weekly rates. Additional we offer special rates for long term rentals (stay for more than 4 weeks) and up to 10% less of the weekly rate if you visit our condo 2nd time. Please ask for a corresponding offer.



Benefits

The weekly rent for up to 4 people includes all costs for the use of:
• Bed linen, towels, beach sheets, beach equipment

As well as all other charges such as:
• Internet access, electricity, water, waste disposal, gardening, Poolservice etc.
• Local telephone calls (for their own long-distance and international calls, please use the phone card)
• Reception and briefing by our management company

The apartment is fully equipped.



Booking Conditions

• Minimum stay is one week.
• Upon receipt of the deposit of 20% of the rental price the contract is confirmed.
• In case of cancellation until the 45th day before the rent payment will be refunded 50%, after which
   the entire rest of the rent to pay, if not a replacement tenant can be made.
• The deposit is paid, together with payment no later than 30 days before the rent is to be transferred.
   For the repayment of the deposit the indication of a bank account is required.
• For causes of damage, we ask for understanding that we eliminate the withholding of the deposit
   will be deducted.
• Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Generally, we recommend a trip cancellation insurance at the AAA, travel agent or your insurance.
