We acquired our apartment of about 1184-square feet in the year 2008 and had it fully renovated and elegantly refurnished. It is located in Cape Coral – directly at the Rubicon salt water canal – and offers the perfect accommodation during your stay in Florida with a lot of comfort for up to 4 people. Cape Coral can be reached very easily from all over the world via Fort Myers International Airport. |

In case you should consider getting a rental boat (in the state of Florida no license is required), you can moor it to the private boat dock belonging to the apartment building. The apartment is located at the Rubicon canal, your direct gateway to the Gulf of Mexico via the magnificent Caloosahatchee River! By car the marvelous beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva are only about 30 minutes away. The two exclusive apartment buildings (4 apartments per building) have been designed to mirror the typical Floridian style and are part of a very calm neighborhood. Your rental car can be parked in front of the house on a private parking lot. It is only a short drive to the major supermarket chains like Walmart 
The central location of Ft. Myers offers the opportunity for trips of one or more days to destinations in all of Florida. Also, you will be excited about the many activities in and around the neighboring city of Ft. Myers, like golfing, swimming, canoeing, water skiing, jet skiing, sailing, running, paragliding, cycling, boating, diving, deep sea fishing and much more! Of course, taking a trip to one of the many shopping and outlet malls nearby should be part of a true Florida vacation as well!
